Pest control
Residential & commercial pest control in Lakeland
Ants, fleas, cockroaches, mosquitoes and termites, handled by a family crew that texts before they pull up.
Chapter 01
What brings the call
Most calls to our Lakeland office start the same way. Ants on the kitchen counter, fleas after the dog has been out in the yard, cockroaches in the garage, mosquitoes that make the back porch useless by dusk, or a nagging worry about termites after a neighbour found some. Brian Christensen has worked in pest control since 1998, so none of it is new to him, and the family crew that runs the routes has seen all of it in Central Florida homes.
The pest side of the business covers the five things people ask about most: Ant Control, Flea Control, Cockroach Control, Mosquito Control and Termite Control. Each one starts with working out what is actually going on at your property, because ants in a kitchen and ants in a flower bed are not the same job. The aim is plain enough to say out loud: to keep you pest free year-round, not to chase the same problem every spring.

How the program works
This is a comprehensive pest control program, not a one-off spray and a handshake. We use a wide variety of solutions tailored to your needs, which in practice means the visit for a townhouse with an ant trail looks different from the visit for a big yard with a flea problem. The tech looks first, treats what the property actually shows, and tells you what he found before he leaves.
Customers describe the rhythm better than we can. Michael Kravitz has had the crew servicing his home for the 9 plus years he has lived there: "bi-monthly insect control, annual termite treatment, and seasonal lawn chemicals." Others are on monthly service. Either way the visits come around on a schedule, so you are not the one remembering to call when the bugs are already inside.
Florida makes year-round the honest answer. The warm months run long, pests do not take a winter off, and a house that is treated on a steady schedule stays ahead of them. Questions between visits go to the same people, at (863) 370-0545, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Chapter 03
Commercial accounts and the scheduled visit
Residential and commercial pest control run on the same crew and the same phone number. A business with a building, a loading area and grounds to keep in order gets the same family showing up, looking at the same details, and keeping the same schedule as the house down the road. If you manage a property in Lakeland and want pests handled quietly, call and say what you are seeing.
The scheduled visit comes with a courtesy that customers bring up on their own. M Alv, who has Trent on monthly service, wrote: "He always text me before coming by so I don't leave my dog outside." Coleman, Trent and Bo are the names customers use, and they are the ones who pull into your driveway, not a dispatcher you will never meet.
Shawn C. of Lakeland put the result in one line: "Never find any live bugs in my house." That is the job. A tech who texts first, treats what needs treating, and leaves you with nothing to think about until the next visit.
