The first step is removal of existing landscaping, so the new work goes into clean ground instead of on top of whatever was there. Overgrown beds, worn-out shrubs and patchy turf all come out before anything new goes in.
Walk the yard with us and tell us what you want to keep. Some things are worth saving, and it's easier to decide that before the demo than after.

Then the new install goes in: new plants, shrubs, trees and sod, set out to make your yard look beautiful from the street and from the back porch.
Central Florida sun is hard on a fresh planting, so layout matters. Beds are worth planning around how much light each corner gets, how water runs off the lot, and how big things will be in a few seasons rather than on installation day. Sod needs the same thought: where it meets the beds, the driveway and the walkway decides how easy the yard is to keep up.

Keeping the new install alive
A new landscape is an investment, and the first season decides whether it settles in. That is why it pairs naturally with our lawn spraying program, so the new sod is fed and watched on a schedule from the start, and with pest control, so the house and the beds around it stay protected.
